This all assumes that you price your property correctly, manage to entice more than a couple of buyers with your marketing efforts, investigate whether interested buyers are actually qualified to purchase your home, make all the right repairs so no red flags surface during the home inspection, and don’t make a costly mistake involving disclosure forms or the contract!

Lake Ridge 22192 Real Estate Year End Report 2014

Lake Ridge Sign 800Lake Ridge 22192 is a planned community of 38,000 people on 4,400 acres in Prince William County
They enjoy the rolling hills and 1,200 acres of pristine treed community property.
Additionally. all Lake Ridge students K-12 attend schools located in the community.
When you consider it also borders the 2,100 acre Occoquan Reservoir, has a major Prince William County Golf and Marina Park, five pools. tennis courts and three shopping centers it is easy to understand why home ownership is considered a wise investment.  Lake Ridge is not a city, but a postal location in Prince William County – we have called Lake Ridge home since 1985.

River Falls is a community of upscale homes located off the Prince William County Parkway behind the County Center Complex. Entrance to the subdivision is gained by turning onto Greatbridge Road from the Prince William County Parkway.

Old Hickory Golf Club is the star attraction in River Falls – it is in the center of the subdivision and provides very many golf course lots. It’s Time to Buy Woodbridge 22193 Real Estate

  • It is readily apparent the Woodbridge VA 22193 real estate inventory has been above 2013 levels for the past six months.  It applies to detached homes, town homes and condominiums.
  •  A decline in units sold since September indicate the Woodbridge 22193 real estate market has definitely slowed
  • .The average sold price of Woodbridge 22193 real estate has remained stable for the past six months with reasonable price increases
  • Buyers have many more homes from which to choose, sellers have not withdrawn their homes from the market and prices are stable.  Pn my opinion, all three of these conditions seem to Woodbridge 22193 real estate is a safe investment opprtunity

Woodbridge 22191 is a postal location in Prince William County.  The Virginia Railway Express and I-95 run right through it, making Woodbridge 22191 one of Northern Virginia’s most convenient residential addresses. It has Prince William County’s best access to the Potomac and Occoquan Rivers.

Although it is the oldest of the three Woodbridge postal locations it is also home to some of its’ newest subdivisions such as
Port Potomac and Potomac Club

 

  • Inventory of Active Listings for both detached homes and town homes continues throughout this year to be higher than a comparable period in 2013
  • With the exception of minor variations in May, June and July units sold have consistently been lower than a comparable period in 2013
  • Average Sold Prices since March have only fluctuated slightly which certainly suggests the market is poised for an increase in average sold price

Why It’s Time To Buy Woodbridge 22192 Real Estate

  • Inventory levels for both detached homes and town home are higher than in 2013.  However, Woodbridge 22192 real estate buyers will note the level of increase  has declined since September
  • Number of Homes Sold is considerably lower compared to 2013 for both home types.  However, in November the number of town homes sold was higher than 2013 while detached home sales were identical to 2013;  Woodbridge 22192 real estate buyers shuld note we now have two reports indicating market strength
  • Average Sold Price remains strong for town homes with decreases recently for detached homes.
  • With the exception of average sold prices for detached homes all of the factors indicate market stability,  In my opinion, Woodbridge 22192 real estate buyers can enter the market with confidence
